| TRADE
SHOW DATA COLLECTION SYSTEM
Many
companies are evaluating their trade-show participation,
and increasingly deciding that the expense is not
worth the results. But those companies haven’t
spoken to ICON Creative Technologies Group about ways
to track and improve on the information gathered at
trade shows and the follow-up that ultimately manifests
into business.
ICON’s Trade
Show Data Kiosk offers customers the following key
elements to develop a successful overall program:
Pre-Registration:
To facilitate interactivity and ease of use at the
trade show, a customer’s show contacts, potential
and existing can pre-register for an event through
an online pre-registration form. This form will gather
key contact information and areas of initial interest.
This information will be ported into Trade Show Data
Kiosk System prior to the event. This allows the registrant
to quickly access their profile and enter additional
data. For those who did not pre-register, they can
complete the information onsite and enter it into
the survey system.
Survey Front
Page Layout: The Trade Show Data Kiosk will
include a flash module utilizing the images that will
specifically apply to the company’s business
and product lineup. This module will be presented
in a dynamic flash presentation rather than in a flat
file to support the customer’s core messages.
Question
Content: This easy to use survey will include
a series of dynamic questions to gain feedback from
the trade show attendees visiting the booth. Questions
may solicit feedback regarding the specific event,
the products shown, level of interest, etc., as well
as demographic and contact information. Responses
may include yes/no, multiple selection, text and other
defined options.
Graphics:
Content for each page may be supported with graphics
designed to reinforce the customer’s key messages.
Online and
Offline Accessibility: As internet access
may or may not be available at all venues, ICON’s
Trade Show Data Kiosk can be used through online access
and/or have the ability to run locally on kiosks.
Once the survey is created, a Flash executable file
can be copied and saved to the kiosks. Upon completion
of the tradeshow, data collected can then be copied
from the stand alone version and uploaded to the online
system so all data can be viewed by entire team and
cumulatively gathered and analyzed. Multiple surveys
may be running simultaneously. |
