WEB REGISTRATION SYSTEM
ICON Creative Technologies Group offers a web-based registration module that can be fitted to any existing or developing web program. Registration is a critical tool in helping better capture customer information, and producing real-world, tangible results on a website beyond hits and clicks.

ICON’s Registration System can be configured in several different ways:

Opt-in registration: this mode can solicit but not require basic registration information to access certain areas on a site. The opt-in mode can be set with other strategic offerings like customized content-viewing online or access to protected information on a site. Once a user registers, a cookie can be placed on their computer, eliminating the request again in the future. If the user accesses the area from a different computer, they only need to enter their email address to certify that they have registered before.

Password-protect registration: this mode is more secure, issuing a userid and password to each registrant. These registrants also can receive a cookie on their computer to bypass future prompts, or the userid and password can be required each time they visit the site.

Registration systems can be linked to most of ICON’s other modules (careers, email, media center and more) to capture critical information on customers, and to help improve the information flow to properly-registered web users.
