ICON’s
recruiting center solution allows companies to organize
and maintain postings for job openings in a simple,
elegant fashion – from one HR administrator
to a global organization posting jobs around the world.
The system allows
one super-admin to identify other HR administrators
in the system, specifying the location and particular
contact information for multiple locations. From there,
individual HR administrators can log in and post job
openings, either as electronic documents (Word, PDF)
or as individual data entries for job title, requirements
and other parameters. Each
individual HR administrator can add, edit or delete
only the postings they have previously made, and can
only post for jobs in the assigned region. This significantly
reduces confusion and potential for posting errors.
On the front end,
users who access this module will be able to view
job postings by individual locations, or in total.
Once they review a job posting, they have the option
to respond, posting basic information based on preset
questions, as well as PDFs or Word Documents that
include their detailed resume. All
job postings manifest once again in the administration
area, broken out by location for each individual HR
administrator. Specific codes for each job posting
are assigned to responses, letting HR admins further
split the data and review applications by individual
jobs. All data, by job or by location, can be downloaded
as CSV/XLS/XML files along with the accompanying PDF
and Word-Doc resumes with links from the data file
to the individual resume document. This
system is just one example of ways companies can reduce
their costs over the web, eliminating registration
fees for job boards, increasing traffic to the site
and better managing application data once it is received. |
