ANN ARBOR, MI, September 14, 2004 - QED Environmental Systems has selected ICON Creative Technologies Group to develop a comprehensive online survey system as a part of its ongoing communications initiatives. Designed to collect valuable information from industry practitioners, the survey system will allow QED to gather and share information with industry professionals in order to enhance understanding of industry practices, create valuable dialogue among industry professionals, and guide subsequent QED product development and customer support initiatives.

QED believes that gathering this information and sharing it among their community of friends and colleagues will help spur valuable dialogue and positively contribute to their unique profession. QED will look to survey results to support their continued understanding of their customer's needs and challenges, the development of better products and services, as well as to specifically address issues identified by the survey’s findings.

QED Environmental Systems selected ICON to develop the layout and design of the survey as well as to provide editorial development and support.
