OPENS IN ZURICH
Account Director begins operations serving customers
in Europe
ZURICH,
June 14, 2004 — ICON Creative Technologies Group
announces the appointment of Anette Soyer as Overseas
Account Director, serving ICON’s customers doing
business in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. The appointment
will bring ICON’s customers a real-world interface
with the European market, offering insight and coordination
to projects that demand a global footprint.

believe this move will open up real opportunities for
our customers who want to take both markets into account
simultaneously as we develop and deploy solutions for
them. This will not only improve the product, it will
help reduce costs and increase the applicability of
the end product,” says Rob Cleveland, President
of ICON Creative Technologies Group.
Before
joining ICON, Anette worked three years as marketing
coordinator for the German automotive engineering service
provider, IAV Automotive, located in Ann Arbor, Mich.,
and one year as a trainee in business development for
one of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical companies,
Pfizer, located in Rome, Italy.
She
has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the Bosporus
University of Istanbul, Turkey, and studied graphic
design for a year in the U.S. She is fluent in German,
Turkish and English and has good knowledge of Italian
and French.
“With her knowledge of the automotive and pharmaceutical
industry, her strong communication and language skills
and her interest in graphic design, Anette is a great
fit for Icon Creative Technologies Group,” says
Cleveland. “We’re excited to offer her skills
and understanding of the market to our customers.”
Anette’s
responsibilities will include account management for
overseas customers, as well as business development
in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Her language skills
and technical background also provide customers with
an outstanding resource for translation of marketing
materials, technical write-ups, product sheets and corporate
presentations.
