ICON Creative Technologies Group develops interactive training modules that represent the next frontier in corporate and educational training. These systems, working both online and offline, marry the impact of instructor training with the innovative techniques that technology now allows in presenting information in an instructional mode.

Animations, graphics, voiceovers and text all can carry the same message as an instructor, but in a complete standalone package that can be viewed from anywhere over the world-wide web.

But unlike basic instruction courses, our training modules focus on continuing to reinforce and reteach messages over time using different methods to extend similar information. The net effect is a student who has received information on a particular topic multiple times, without being bored or tuning out as the material is presented.

Beyond this, ICON’s training module systems can be linked to back-end database solutions, tracking participation, scores and certifying that information was reviewed and testing is complete. Our back-end data management systems allow instructors to review postings as an aggregate, identifying weak point in the material, or by individual trainees, focusing on areas where skills or information is weak.
