Surveys can be a powerful way to gain insight on customers, employees and vendors to help make critical internal business decisions. need. But paper-based surveys often carry a very low return rate, requiring that either the survey goes out in very high volume, or data is analyzed over a small set of respondents.

ICON Creative Technologies Group offers a complete online survey package that has proved to achieve more than 20 percent return rates. These programs are bundled with our email distribution system to reach out to a customer’s potential respondents, driving them to the online survey. The system tracks each individual click-through on the email, and determines who specifically has filled out the survey. When followup emails are sent, those who already have responded automatically are removed. This system also directly interfaces with respondent data for those who do not click through the email, but fill out the form leaving their identification code in the survey.

The respondent data collected can be exported into common files, such as .csv or .xls files for analysis and documentation. ICON also offers custom-built reports online that include our QueryBuilderTM system letting customers build their own reports on the fly for more thorough data analysis.
